# Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. You may request a return within this period, and we will issue a credit note or process an exchange. Please note that we do not provide refunds.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

# Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
# Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
– Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
– Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
– Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
For questions about specific items, please contact us. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
# Refunds
As a general policy, we do not provide refunds. However, in special cases where our product or service is at fault, a refund may be considered. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
# Exchange Policy
To exchange an item, return the original item in its unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged condition with original tags within 3 days of delivery. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
We arrange reverse pickups with an additional charge of ₹100-₹200. All returns are processed via bank transfer, which may take up to 15 working days. For defective products, provide videos or pictures of the parcel for verification. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the exchange request.
# Cancellation Policy
